  • Functionality: Structural color, anti-reflection, light trapping, hydrophobicity, etc.

  • Pattern Pitch: 200 nm to 8 microns demonstrated. Larger and smaller pitches possible with development

  • Pattern Shapes: Bumps, pillars, microlenses, pyramids, hierarchical features (nanofeatures on top of microfeatures), and more

  • Mold Materials: High-phosphorous nickel, copper, and aluminum. Seamless cylindrical photomasks are metal-coated glass or quartz

  • Mold Dimensions: Up to 6.5 inches in diameter and 6.5 inches long with larger dimensions possible with equipment upgrade

  • Mold Form Factors: Flexible shims, seamless cylindrical drums, seamless cylindrical sleeves, and seamless cylindrical photomasks

  • Replication Format: Roll-to-roll or plate-to-plate UV NIL and thermal embossing
