Roll-to-Roll Nanoimprint Lithography

SMS can now perform R2R NIL in the same room where we seamlessly nanopattern molds!

SMS’s clean room houses its roll-to-roll nanoimprint lithography (R2R NIL) pilot line, a Carpe Diem Technologies Nano Emboss 100 R2R pilot line. This R2R tool can pattern films with up to a 6-inch web width using UV NIL. SMS has a variety of resins and polymer films available. We also work with a variety of partners who can pattern films on a wider width.
